  • Check your cleanser, is it too drying? Maybe switching to a cleansing balm, cream or oil can help

  • Keep using your daily SPF sunscreen – yes, even in winter. You need to keep the drying effects of the UV out

  • Upgrade to a richer moisturiser…now, this doesn’t mean getting heavy with it. Just finding something with a little bit more weight will help you to keep your skin more nourished. If heavier moisturiser isn’t a yes, you could look at a hydrating serum.
